BBQ Teriyaki Halibut
Serves 1
1 halibut filet
Nonstick spray olive oil
Lemon pepper
Kikkoman’s Teriyaki Glaze
1. Spray 2 pieces of aluminum foil with the olive oil. Place the fish on 1 piece of the foil, sprinkle with the lemon pepper and drizzle with some of the Kikkoman’s Teriyaki Glaze. Cover with a second piece of foil, oil side down, and pinch the edges together. Use the tip of a sharp knife to make 2 very small vents in the top piece of foil.
2. Grill over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once.
