Protein Berry Low Cal Smoothie
Serves 1
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 packet truvia or honey
1/2 cup fat-free milk or light vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup water
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. If necessary, add a small amount of water to achieve the desired consistency.
