4. Do a 60-second stress buster.
It seems too easy: 60 seconds and you’ll feel less stressed? Actually, it is possible. By taking a minute to yourself to regroup, you could feel your stress levels drop. All it takes is a quiet moment, some deep breaths and good thoughts. Repeat as necessary.
