  • “Walked into a dementia patient’s room to empty a Foley. Couldn’t find it hanging on the bed. Traced it from insertion site to under the man’s head. He asked when we got the warm pillows and asked for another one.”
  • “Psych patient 50 something y/o female screamed all night in the quiet room in labor, but she was not pregnant.”
  • “Pt brought in a grocery bag of PVC pipe because he wanted to build a pipe bomb, I put it in the pharmacy because that’s where we put all contraband. The pharmacist walked in the next morning and freaked out and called the bomb squad and we went into 4 hours shut down.”
