2013 astrological forecast for nurses

Gemini
This year you’ll need to pay special attention to how you get along with others at work. Be a team player, but stay alert for signs of nurse-on-nurse sabotage and bullying. You don’t want to end up with a metaphorical scalpel in your back. That said, all of that coworker envy could be the result of you getting special attention from management as they consider you for career advancement. So stay optimistic and be aggressive in setting performance goals for yourself. Stay true to your Gemini nature by being adaptable and creative at your job.

With so much going on at work, you’ll be happy to know that your family relationships are likely to be smoother sailing than usual. Take advantage of this opportunity to strengthen your bond with loved ones. If you’re spending a lot of time at work (and what nurse isn’t these days?), use technology to keep in touch. Just be aware of patient privacy issues when you use Facebook or email to talk about your workday with your family.

Finances may remain stagnant for the first part of the year, but careful budgeting (and a few extra shifts here and there) should see you through. On the plus side, your health should be pretty stable with just a few minor blips. Be sure to get that flu shot, wash your hands often and wear your mask at work to ward off viruses!
