2013 astrological forecast for nurses

Capricorn
Do you feel like all the hard work you do goes unrecognized? Is it tough to keep giving your best when you don’t have the support to do your job efficiently? Things may be better this year. Communication will be less fraught with misunderstanding, and you get more of the resources you need to do your job—even the doctors seem to have less of an attitude problem. As a Capricorn who takes responsibilities very seriously, you’ll enjoy just getting things done with less hassle for once.

As a nurse, you’ve always struggled with work/life balance. This year, you’ve got to make some decisions about how to make this juggling act easier. That may mean saying no to additional obligations that your boss or your family try to load onto your plate. They may not like you setting boundaries at first—especially if being in a helping and caring profession made you too much of a “giver” in the past. Don’t let them make you feel like you’re being disloyal.

Your mental health could get a boost this year. That’s not surprising if things at work are going smoothly. Use that extra mental clarity to consider additional ways to improve your physical health. If you’re a smoker (as so many nurses still are), make 2013 the year you quit for good.
