The American Nurse
This is our favorite cover. The award-winning coffee table book is filled with masterful photography that captures nurses at their best—simply doing their jobs from day to day. We agree with the choice of black and white rather than color photography. There’s no distraction from the people (just like in the best healthcare settings). If images of real nurses changing the lives of real patients bring you inspiration, you’ll appreciate this cover, too.
“In The American Nurse, readers are invited to think about nurses in a way that they may never have before, unless they have been under a nurse’s care. This body of work will inspire audiences to focus their attention on the nurses who serve as healers in their community, and whose wealth of knowledge needs to be tapped in order to solve today’s pressing healthcare issues.”
