Worst of stock photos: Nurses who need to take a break!

Speaking of charting, we’re not sure if the notes that appear on this nurse’s chart are going to be legible. We appreciate the effort she made to coordinate her scrubs and lipstick with the pencil eraser behind her ear. On a good day, she probably takes a lot of pride in her appearance. This is not a good day.
