Every hospital has at least one—a physician or surgeon who gets away with metaphorical murder due to talent, tenure or good old nepotism. They crush the spirits of nurses as a matter of course, never sparing a backward glance for the blood and mud-trodden piles of dispirited scrubs they leave in their wake. This poor nurse knows what it means to suffer. But the “good” doctor should probably rein in his temper. There may be some revenge plotting going on under that innocent-looking white cap.
