Scott Padolina is a recent nurse graduate from UIC College of Nursing (Urbana Regional Program), and as the former president of the Student Nurses’ Association, he gave a speech on leadership in nursing at his pinning ceremony. We watched the video and loved it, as it has that hard-to-achieve perfect balance of humor and touching inspiration. We think you’ll agree!
