Ever thought about becoming an emergency room nurse? As part of ConnectEd’s “Day in the Life” series, ER nurse Will Cristobal discussed what the job is like and the path that lead him to this demanding (but rewarding!) gig. As he says at the top of the video, there is no typical day in the ER, but he does well carefully describing what it’s like to work in the craziest part of the hospital.
We loved hearing Cristobal talk about how, as a man, he often gets mistaken for a doctor by his patients. He also explains why he decided to become a nurse instead of going to medical school.
