When people recount having a near-death experience, they speak of floating out of their body and looking down from the ceiling. From there, they can recount the mundane goings-on as they drift from room to room in the hospital. For some strange reason, this bird’s-eye view appears to be the vantage point selected by the photographer. Fortunately, the nurse is wearing a modest V-neck.
