Okay, so you can’t start running laps while you’re at work and it’s likely not possible to start doing aerobics in the nursing station, but there are some simple exercises you can do at work, both quickly and privately.

These exercises may be simple, but the act of doing them makes you concentrate on something else aside from what is stressing you, and they may help relieve some of that negative energy that is threatening to take over.
