Should nurses sign off of Facebook?

From the perspective of hospitals, there’s also the issue of productivity, because if you’re on Facebook during your work hours, well…that means you’re not doing what you’re supposed to be doing. Nucleus Research conducted a FacebookÂ study that targeted office workers, but the results are no doubt applicable to all work environments. The study found that almost half of employees use Facebook at work, resulting in a significant drop in work productivity.
