How to help Haiti

Have surgical experience?  Willing to travel?  Haiti could use your help.
While the American Medical Association is strongly urging doctors and nurses to stay home unless they are part of an organized team deploying to Haiti, Partners in Health, an aid organization that has been working in Haiti for 20 years, is still looking for OR nurses, post-op and critical care nurses and nurse anesthetists.  If you’d like to volunteer, fill out this form.

Partners in Health is also stil accepting donations of orthopedic supplies, sutures, bandages, non-powedered sterile gloves, syringes,  blankets, tents and satellite phones with minutes.  Financial support is also desparately needed.
