Hydrotherapy
This is another therapy that helps the body get rid of toxins. The moist heat can be beneficial in alleviating joint pain. Try taking more hot showers and spend time in warm swimming pools and hot steam rooms (not dry saunas) and indulge in an Epsom salt bath a few times a week. You can also purchase some moist heat packs and store a few in your locker or drawer at work. On your coffee break or lunch, take some time to indulge in a cup of tea (maybe ginger tea) while a moist heat pack is wrapped around whatever area you’re feeling pain in. You’ll feel refreshed, relaxed and ready to go back to work.
