“His mom still sends me pictures as he grows…it makes me feel like I make a difference”

We love it when companies celebrate real-life nurse heroes! This month, Cherokee put the spotlight on Emily Lloyd, a Los Angeles-based neonatal intensive care nurse with a huge heart. In this video, she shares stories about her passion, her inspiration and the most rewarding part of being an NICU nurse:

“Spending time with the families [of patients]…it makes such an impact on the family’s life. They’re going through such a hard time, and to be that person that can help them through this hard time is very rewarding.”

Check it out and see for yourself why she’s a Cherokee Nurse Hero!

If you know of a nurse who deserves a special shoutout, we encourage you to sing his or her praises in the comments below!
