Flu shots mandatory for nurses

According to the Washington Times article, “Health Care Workers Spurn Flu Shot; For Some, Jobs Depend on it,” more and more hospitals and clinics are mandating that health care workers are vaccinated for the seasonal flu as well for novel H1N1. Unless you have a religious or medical accomodation, failure to comply for facilities such as Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, and MedStar Health system in Baltimore/Maryland, can be grounds for dismissal.
