Email and texting etiquette for nurses

Add Attachments

As perfectly crafted as your email about swine flu safety may be, it means nothing if you forget to include the attachment! How are other nurses going to know about the best practices and patient care tips then? Save yourself the confusion that will inevitably follow and double-check you’ve not only attached the file, but also that it’s the correct one! It’s easy to get distracted, but it’s just as easy to avoid this common email blunder. You can’t afford to be complacent — empty emails leave recipients in the dark and you in the doghouse.
