Can scrubs be designed to make you happy?

I love the detailing on this scoop-neck top with whimsical blue and yellow hydrangeas on a black background. The tunic has lace around the neck, bottom flange and front yoke. The princess seams and center black elastic offer a slim fit. I like this top with black, white or turquoise bottoms.
