- A sense of job security due to high demand
- Entry level degree earned in just three years
- Flexible work hours
The benefits are weighed against the fact that nursing is a difficult job, mentally and physically. Although nursing is a job that can afford a steady paycheck, ironically, most nurses seem to agree that it’s not a job that you do ‘for the money.’
