Nursing Professional Magazine’s Top 100 Hospitals to Work For list is based on a survey that went out in 2008 to 25,000 randomly selected hospital nurses.  Hospitals were ranked for workforce diversity, flexibility in working arrangements, strength of the nurse’s voice in the hospital and family-friendliness, among others factors.
