We’ve saved the best for last. This piece of nurse artwork is by fetish pinup artist Jackie Dunn Smith (believe us when we say it’s one of her tamer paintings). There’s so much wrong with this picture that it’s hard to know where to begin. The nurse appears to have a very severe case of rosacea and it looks like the squid got caught in a boat propeller. We fear the relationship between caregiver and patient is crossing an ethical line based on the way this cephalopod is gently caressing the nurse’s thigh. It gives us the heebie-jeebies!
