This winter special may be out of your usual price range, but it’s too beautiful not to share. Etsy has quite a few listings for vintage nurse capes, from soft gray World War II uniform pieces with brass buttons to 1960s Red Cross capes with signature scarlet red linings. We don’t wish for a full-time comeback of the nurse’s cap or the white, knee-length dresses. But we think the cape is one scrubs fashion statement that needs to be revisited—for Auld Lang Syne, if nothing else.
