What Nurses Can Do About Stereotypes
Nursing is a respectable profession. Unfortunately, it doesn’t always get the credit it deserves. But nurses themselves can help change that. Stand up, be proud of who you are. You are not “just” a nurse! Nursing is a challenging and inspirational career choice. Be the example you wish to set for others and shut down the negative opinions of others.
Stereotypes are hard to break through–don’t make it easier by believing in them yourself!
