It’s a time of upheaval in your career for 2013—especially if you live in an area of the country where there’s a lot of competition for nursing jobs. You may find it difficult to think about the long term when you’re faced with tough job decisions right now. But this is actually the best time to start considering where you want to be in 10 or 20 years. Perhaps your path to career success lies in a direction you haven’t considered before, such as forensic nursing.
As a classic Aquarian, you have a tendency to enjoy lots of amiable relationships with people like you, but few really close friendships with people who are very different. You may have noticed that you tend to hang out with the same bunch of coworkers all the time. It’s time to break out of the “cool nurse” clique. Make this the year that you dig a little deeper below the surface and find common ground with someone at work that you may have previously ignored.
Even in the midst of a career revamp, you’ll still find time for romance if you are “on the market.” Look out for old suitors who may try to sabotage your relationship with someone new. Figure out who you want to be before you decide who you want to be with.
